Job Description

• Be the trusted face of the organisation — building client relationships that make every interaction feel genuinely valued and professionally handled
• Develop strong account management skills by coordinating client enquiries, service requests, and appointments with accuracy and genuine care
• Build your relationship management expertise through consistent follow-ups, proactive check-ins, and meaningful client communication strategies
• Gain hands-on experience preparing client proposals, performance reports, and presentations that support ongoing business engagement
• Develop problem-solving and service recovery skills by addressing client concerns swiftly and effectively before they escalate
• Collaborate closely with internal teams — gaining broad cross-functional exposure while ensuring seamless delivery of all client commitments

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or related field and above

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
