A well-established main contractor that's been operating since the early 80's, now looking for ISO audit experts with strong knowledge in OSH requirements and procedures.

About The Job

IMS Executive

• Implement and enforce ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards across corporate offices and active project sites.
• Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformances, and oversee corrective and preventive action to resolve site issues.
• Manage, issue, and update all Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and quality records.
• Monitor system effectiveness and prepare regular performance reports for management review and continuous improvement.
• Advise internal teams and subcontractors on QA/HSE standards and enforce safe work practices to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management.
  
  

OHSMS Assistant

• Implement OHSMS procedures and maintain health and safety records in line with ISO 45001 standards across offices, project sites, and warehouses.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments before inspections, applying effective control measures to eliminate or mitigate site risks.
• Carry out internal audits, report non-conformances to the Safety and Health Manager, and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain, control, and update Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, assisting in routine reviews and management performance reports.
• Guide internal teams and subcontractors on safety, health, and QA standards, actively promoting safe work practices to prevent accidents and ill health.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in OSH, Environmental Health, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of OSH experience, preferably within the construction industry, fresh grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation, DOSH procedures, and construction safety standards.
• Practical understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 implementation; Internal Auditor certification is an added advantage.
• Willing and able to travel to project sites for scheduled audits and inspections.
