Job Descriptions
Manage day-to-day operations for 3 outlets
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and respond proactively to all customer's concerns.
Attract, recruit, train and appraise talented personnel
Establish KPI’s, schedules, policies and SOPs
Develop and update new menu quarterly
Provide two-way communication with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all SFA's regulations
Report to management with regards to sales and productivity
Requirements
Proven food and beverage management experience
Able to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
Able to commit on weekends
Mature with a positive attitude
Able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
