Job Responsibilities:

• Performing general administrative duties.
• Assisting with examination operations, including the sorting and distribution of examination scripts.
• Assisting with examination grade appeals and related administrative tasks.
• Packing past-semester examination scripts for external storage.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle documents accurately.
• Able to work according to the required schedule, including extended hours during the examination period.

Commitment Period:

6 November to 21 December 2026

Working Hours:

• First day (6 November 2026): 10.00am – 5.30pm
• Weekdays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Selected weekdays during the examination period (10–20 November 2026): Rostered to work until 7.30pm.
• Saturday, 14 November 2026: Rostered to work until 3.00pm.
