Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the weighbridge.
• Weigh lorries before and after loading or unloading.
• Prepare and issue weighbridge tickets.
• Verify vehicle number, driver details, product type and weight information.
• Ensure all weighbridge records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Check delivery orders and other supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of weighbridge documents and records.
• Prepare daily or monthly weighbridge reports when required.
• Report any weight discrepancies or unusual matters to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience as a weighbridge clerk, admin clerk or similar position is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and accurately.
• Willing to work shifts if required.
• Salary negotiable based on experience.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
