SERVICE CREW

Job Description

·      Shift opening duties – cleaning, FOH outlet preparation.

·      Greet and usher customers.

·      Take order and key order onto POS system.

·      Attend to customers and provide table service.

·      Serve food and drinks to customers.

·      Ensure all sales and payment are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.

·      Clear tableware, clean and wipe the table and counters.

·      Ensure the outlet is always clean and neat.

·      Shift closing duties – cleaning and rubbish disposal.

·      Assist in other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management.
