Role Overview: Relationship Manager

This position will serve our Malaysia branch. As a full-time Relationship Manager, you play a key role in driving revenue by consistently meeting monthly sales targets and objectives. Your duties will involve reaching out to company-provided leads, consultative selling, successfully closing deals, and handling sales-related administrative tasks to support your overall sales efforts.

What You'll Do

• Engage with high-profile clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and effectively close deals.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and objectives.
• Complete post-sales administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, outreach activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Perform appointment booking and ensure qualified prospects are scheduled for consultations.
