HR cum Admin Assistant

to join their dynamic team:

Position:
HR cum Admin Assistant

Location:
Central

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package:
Up to $2,700 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative matters and documentation

Maintain and update employee records, personal particulars, leave records and other HR-related documents

Prepare HR paperwork, letters, forms and other documentation as required

Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative processes

Coordinate interviews, appointments and other HR-related arrangements

Handle filing, data entry and general office administration

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:
Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred

Prior HR/Admin experience is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
