Job Description

As a Marketing Strategy & Insights Consultant, you will be responsible to lead the preparation of executive-level management reports, business reviews, and strategic presentations, translating complex data and business performance into clear recommendations for senior management. Also:

• Develop compelling PowerPoint decks and strategic narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including product launches, agency rollouts, business updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse business, distribution, and market performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Data, Actuarial, and Strategy teams to consolidate information, align priorities, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage and enhance reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), ensuring accurate and timely reporting for performance monitoring.
• Support strategic planning exercises, special projects, and transformation initiatives, providing structured problem-solving and recommendations to achieve business objectives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

As a Successful Applicant, You Should Come With Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Performance, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Or a Related Field. Also

• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with a proven ability to create executive-ready materials and translate complex concepts into compelling stories.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, connect business insights, and formulate recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools, with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and presentation tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gamma, *************) and a strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality deliverables.d standards.
