WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead & Inspire
Manage, coach and motivate a team of Live Chat Executives to perform at their best.

Own the Customer Conversation
Ensure every chat is handled professionally, efficiently and with a strong customer-first mindset.

Drive Team Performance
Monitor KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, Quality, Productivity & SLA and turn numbers into action.

Coach for Success
Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews to help your team level up.

Think Fast, Solve Faster
Handle escalations and tricky customer situations with confidence and professionalism.

Quality Champion
Monitor chat quality and ensure the team consistently delivers an excellent customer experience.

Work Across Teams
Collaborate with Operations, QA, Training and other stakeholders to continuously improve the customer journey.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role within Customer Service, Contact Centre, BPO or Live Chat
• Strong experience managing chat-based customer service teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics
• Strong coaching and people-management skills
• Customer-centric, proactive and solution-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays if required
