We're Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer!

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As part of our dynamic IT department, you will design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
️ Integrate CRM systems with other applications and platforms
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
Document technical designs and procedures

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Experience with customizing entities, workflows, forms, and views in Dynamics CRM
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Power Platform)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site
