Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Industry
• Position Title: Assistant Buyer
• Working Location: West – Gul / Jurong
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administration, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Prepare purchase orders and track delivery status.
• Obtain supplier quotations and follow up on orders.
• Maintain purchase requisitions, invoices, supplier records, and databases.
• Assist in comparing prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing matters.
• Handle calls, emails, and general administrative enquiries.
• Ensure documents and records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Support store-related administrative matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
