BIM MODELLER (CSA/ MEP)

• Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirements.
• Coordinate and integrate design models across disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Conduct clash detection and prepare coordination reports to support design and site teams.
• Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with the latest design revisions.
• Support BIM workflows, modelling standards, templates and quality control procedures.
• Provide BIM modelling and technical support to project teams during design coordination and construction stages.
• Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements, design specifications and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, Mechanical, Electrical or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other relevant BIM coordination tools.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, multidisciplinary coordination and model integration.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple model updates under tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based at Sedenak, Johor.
