Job Summary
Oversee and manage daily construction operations, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations to ensure timely and efficient project progress
Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals
Manage project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and control costs to meet budget targets
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe and high-quality work environment
Lead teams with clear direction and effective communication to achieve project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders
