Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in building/civil/piling construction

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Good understanding of construction drawings

Proficient in Autocad

Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently

Good communication and documentation skills

Immediate availability will be an advantage

Taking-Off / Quantity Measurement

Preparation & submission of Progress Claims

Measurement and valuation of completed works

Checking construction drawings and quantities

AutoCAD drafting / measurement

Assist with project costing and QS documentation

Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors
