About the role

Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead the retail team at le bun bakery, Mount Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and retail operations
• Lead, supervise and manage store staff
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance and daily duties
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries
• Coordinate with suppliers and place orders for ingredients and supplies
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and deliveries
• Communicate closely with the chef on daily production and stock requirements
• Ensure store cleanliness, presentation and service standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B or store operations
• Experience dealing and ordering with suppliers is required
• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• Staff management / supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
