Mortgage Adviser – UK Property Finance

Singapore | Office-Based | Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings

The Opportunity

Are you already successful in banking, wealth management, insurance, mortgage advice or financial sales and looking for an opportunity where your earnings genuinely reflect your performance?

Capricorn Financial Mortgages, one of London’s largest independent mortgage brokerages, is expanding its Singapore team. We advise clients across Asia on securing finance for UK property, with a particular focus on HNW and UHNW clients.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings, supported by quality lead flow through our established relationships with Barratt Homes, Berkeley Group and major UK estate agency and property partners.

You do not need previous UK mortgage experience. What matters is that you have proven financial-services sales experience, can build trusted client relationships and are motivated by working in a high-performance environment. We will provide the UK mortgage training, development and ongoing support.

This is an opportunity to take the sales and relationship skills you have already developed and apply them within a specialist international mortgage business with an established platform, quality client opportunities and significant earning potential.

The Role

You will:

· Advise HNW and UHNW clients across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region on financing UK property purchases

· Manage quality client opportunities generated through Capricorn’s established property and introducer relationships

· Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and introducers

· Guide clients through the mortgage journey from initial enquiry through to completion

· Develop your own client and referral network alongside Capricorn-provided opportunities

· Undertake structured UK mortgage and product training to develop into a specialist international mortgage adviser

· Work alongside experienced mortgage professionals to maximise opportunities and deliver an excellent client experience

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in people currently working as:

· Mortgage Specialists / Home Finance Advisers

· Relationship Managers / Personal Bankers

· Wealth Managers / Financial Consultants

· Insurance / Financial Advisers

· Other proven financial-services sales professionals

You do not need UK mortgage experience, but you should have:

· Demonstrable sales experience within financial services

· A strong track record of building and managing client relationships

· Confidence engaging with affluent and HNW clients

· A proactive, commercially driven approach

· The ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· The ambition and resilience to succeed in a performance-led, commission-only environment

· Fluent English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be highly advantageous

Earnings

This is a commission-only role with no basic salary and uncapped earning potential.

First-year earnings: SGD 80,000–100,000 achievable From year two onwards: SGD 200,000+ achievable for successful advisers
