Responsibilities

• Support the Plaster Technician during cast and splint procedures.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, materials, and treatment areas.
• Assist patients during procedures, including positioning and basic mobility support.
• Ensure the plaster room is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Help with appointment coordination and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic operations.
• Adhere to infection control, workplace safety, and hospital protocols.
• Deliver professional and courteous service to patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a healthcare support or clinical environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and interacting with patients.
• Willing to learn and follow clinical procedures and safety standards.
