Our client is a global player in one of the fastest –growing industrial sectors. It has a strong Asia Pacific presence in Singapore. Now, it is looking to hire a Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to lead and continuously improve enterprise-wide information security governance and compliance programs.

As part of the global team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving SOX ITGC compliance, cyber risk governance, audit coordination, executive reporting, policy governance and risk management initiatives across a global operating environment.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership and broad ownership across governance, compliance and risk management disciplines

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in information security, IT audit or IT risk, including at least 4 years as the key person owning and driving GRC activities end-to-end
• Proven hands-on work experience with SOX IT GC experience. Individual with Big 4 IT audit experience will be highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in establishing or maintaining an ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS
• Strong relevant experience operating within a multi-auditor environment
• Hands-on ownership of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including design, reporting, dashboard creation, trend analysis and executive-level communication of risk metrics.
• Proven ability to plan and manage an annual enterprise governance calendar, covering security, compliance, risk management, audits, awareness programs, policy reviews and governance reporting activities.
• Experience supporting regional and/or global operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical and compliance requirements into practical business outcomes.
