We're Hiring: Founding Engineer (Full Stack) | AI Startup | Singapore

I'm working with an early-stage AI startup building intelligent decision-making systems that combine LLMs, mathematical optimisation and algorithmic solvers to solve complex real-world problems.

Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor new visa's/EP for this role****

The Opportunity

• Build products from 0→1, with end-to-end ownership.
• Develop Python backend systems and APIs, integrating LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Work directly with AI research scientists to bring research into production.
• Shape the technology stack, architecture and engineering direction.

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience, we are flexible!
• Strong Python backend development and production engineering skills.
• Experience building products end-to-end in an autonomous environment.
• Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM applications and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React).
