  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

  • Good upselling skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Good attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Assist in daily retail operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.

  • Provide good customer service and assist customers with their enquiries and purchases.

  • Maintain brand standards and ensure the store is clean, organised, and presentable.

  • Promote products through upselling and work towards achieving sales targets.

  • Work closely with team members to support store operations and provide a positive customer experience.
