岗位职责
Job Descriptions:
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender documents and contract tender submissions.
Tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.
Prepare for tender briefing, submission and interview.
Review tender requirements, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
Source for suppliers and contractors quotations.
Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
Prepare and assess variation orders, additional work claims and final accounts.
Attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on project issues.
Will assign to the onsite for work when necessary
Provide support in any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication and team player
Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
