Job Description:

• To conduct internal quality audit according to schedule.

• To participate & follow up on 2nd & 3rd party audit (supplier, customers, etc.).

• Coordinate and follow up on internal and external non-conformities.

• Involve in RoHS, REACH declaration to customers by assist in banned substances declaration to customer.

• To verify daily lab testing reports, report for abnormality & follow up on improvement actions in absence of QC Executive.

• To prepare Monthly Management Meeting minutes.

• Prepare Monthly Report for submission to customer.

• To prepare monthly quality data.

• To assist HOD in coordinating with other department on ESG related activities.

• To perform any other related duties as require from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Polymer related study.

• Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Qualified internal quality auditor.

• Familiar with QC Tools (8D problem solving, FMEA etc.).

• Knowledge in ESG will be an added advantage.

• Min. 2 years related working experience.

• Working experience in rubber related industry will be an added advantage.
