岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Tool
- Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, with focus on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems.
- Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service)
- Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.
- Prepared shop drawing for submission and As-Built Drawings for site inspection.
- Update models based on the latest Engineer’s Instructions (EIs) from consultants.
- Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project BIM standards.
- Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission.
- 3D Co-ordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants.
- Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination.
- Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project.
