Coordinate Architectural Design, Technical Submissions & Construction Works Across Major Building Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: Architectural Coordinator

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 per Month (Highly Negotiable)

Project Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate architectural design and construction activities across major building projects.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical and design issues.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works, ensuring effective multidisciplinary integration.
• Manage material submissions, technical approvals and architectural work schedules to support construction progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural coordination experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in large-scale Building Construction projects, particularly industrial, commercial or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, materials and finishing works.
• Experience in architectural, C&S and M&E coordination, including technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
