Willing to travel and cover the East Coast area.

Support and execute day-to-day operational activities across company outlets.

Ensure smooth coordination between HQ and outlets while maintaining company operational standards.

Support sales performance through effective execution of operational processes, campaigns, and inventory control.

Track campaign performance and provide relevant feedback and reports.

Support product launches and the execution of discontinued model clearance activities.

Prepare and consolidate sales, stock, and operational reports.

Analyze outlet performance and identify relevant trends, issues, or areas requiring attention.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Support the rollout and implementation of new systems, policies, and operational tools.

Follow up on operational issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Assist in handling escalated customer issues when required.

Coordinate delivery, service, and warranty-related matters.

Conduct monthly stock audits and 5S audits.
