任职资格

High School, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate, or Professional Degree.
Prior experience in retail operations, store management, or an area management capacity (multi-store management is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Deep interest in fashion, consumer behaviour, retail operations, and the latest market trends.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Resourceful and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure, handle impromptu tasks, and proactively seek out information to resolve issues.
Possesses own transport and is willing to travel extensively for regular retail store visits.
Responsible, dedicated, and highly self-driven.

岗位职责

Multi-Store Operations & Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of assigned retail stores. Manage employee scheduling, drive recruitment efforts, and lead teams to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Maintain optimal stock levels by managing inventory controls, including strategic repeat ordering and inter-branch merchandise transfers. Uphold strict in-store visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal.
Retail Expansion & Projects: Play an active role in business development by overseeing new store setups, supervising renovation progress, executing promotional events, and conducting site visits for potential new locations.
SOP Compliance & Internal Controls: Train, guide, and audit retail store employees to ensure strict adherence to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safeguard internal controls.
Performance Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to merchandise performance and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Cross-Functional Support: Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks and collaborate seamlessly across departments to support the growth of the Operations Department.
