In this leadership role, you will influence enterprise-wide procurement strategy, strengthen supply continuity, and lead transformational initiatives that directly support patient care and business performance. Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy across healthcare-related categories, ensuring long-term value creation and supply security.
• Build strong partnerships with key suppliers and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize spend, and enhance procurement processes.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align procurement priorities with business objectives.
• Champion procurement transformation initiatives and embed best practices across the organization.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience leading procurement, sourcing, or category management functions within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries. Experience in medical supplies is advantageous.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven success delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and procurement transformation initiatives.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Previous experience leading and developing teams.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
