Working Hours / Location:

Commit min 3 days per week! Flexible Days!
Commit min 6 months or longer!
11:15am to 9pm (1 hour break)
Location: Parkway Parade Mall

Responsibilities:

Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
