Job Summary
Support HR operations by managing recruitment, work pass applications, employee documentation, compliance with MOM regulations, and coordinating employee training to ensure smooth workforce administration.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates to support recruitment and coordinate interview arrangements
Process work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees to ensure legal compliance
Arrange and manage employee insurance policies including Security Bond, Primary Care Plan, Medical Insurance, Public Liability, and Work Injury Compensation
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, and other relevant employee correspondences accurately and timely
Coordinate and respond to MOM surveys, inspections, and report workplace accidents or incidents as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
Monitor and update employee leave records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Organize and schedule employee training programs to support workforce development
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the construction sector
Knowledge of MOM Regulations, Employment Act, Workplace Safety & Health Act, and BCA requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage HR documentation and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and stakeholders
Effective written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear and professional correspondences
