BIM Engineer (Modeler)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, producing construction documentation, performing model coordination, and supporting project teams with digital engineering deliverables across a variety of major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate BIM models and digital engineering deliverables in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Produce high-quality 3D models, construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Generate BIM outputs with minimal revisions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Support engineering and operations teams through timely delivery of project requirements.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design and constructability issues.
• Review project information, mark-ups, sketches, and technical inputs to develop coordinated digital models.
• Incorporate feedback and update models to maintain project accuracy and compliance.
• Develop technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions and project requirements.
• Support project stakeholders in implementing BIM processes and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital engineering standards and workflows.
• Promote BIM awareness and collaboration across project teams.
• Ensure all BIM and CAD deliverables comply with project standards and company procedures.
• Review drawings and models for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Resolve identified non-conformances and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering ONLY.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM/CAD drafting and modelling experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model coordination, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Experience working on building, infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and other BIM software applications.
• Experience in BIM modelling, clash detection, construction simulations, and drawing production.
• Ability to generate construction shop drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and Installation Shop Drawings (ISD).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and BIM standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and other BIM software applications.
• Experience in BIM modelling, clash detection, construction simulations, and drawing production.
• Ability to generate construction shop drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and Installation Shop Drawings (ISD).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and BIM standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary BIM coordination environments.
• Data Center project experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience supporting international or regional project teams is an advantage.
