• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns targeting HNW individuals, business owners, families, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Manage appointed marketing agencies, including campaign briefs, content, artwork, social media and deliverables.
• Generate and nurture leads through marketing campaigns, events, seminars and partnership initiatives, working closely with the Business Development/ Sales team to support conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, bankers and other professional intermediaries.
• Plan and coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops and client engagement events, including promotion and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate website, social media and other marketing content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance and KPIs, and prepare regular reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, financial services, professional services, wealth management or related industries.
• Experience in trustee/trust services, estate planning, wealth management, banking, insurance or related professional services is an added advantage.
• Experience in lead generation, events, partnerships and/or marketing agency management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with a focus on lead generation and business results.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of marketing compliance requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
