  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and team members.

  • Experience in managing a repair shop, workshop, or similar business is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to handle daily store operations independently.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the repair shop.

  • Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Monitor work quality and ensure good customer service.

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues when necessary.

  • Manage staff schedules, store performance, and daily operational matters.

  • Ensure the repair shop is well-organised and operates efficiently.
