C. S. Tang Adjusters Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our growing team. If you have a strong analytical mindset, passion for investigation, and the ability to uncover facts through evidence and research, we would like to hear from you.
At C. S. Tang Adjusters, we specialize in vehicle claims investigation and loss adjusting services. Our team operates in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, integrity, and innovation.

Role Overview
As an Investigator, you will apply forensic and analytical techniques to conduct thorough investigations, collect and analyze evidence, and prepare professional reports to support claim resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed investigations using forensic and analytical methods
• Perform on-site inspections and gather relevant evidence
• Interview involved parties and stakeholders professionally
• Document and evaluate findings to support case conclusions
• Prepare clear, structured, and comprehensive investigative reports
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills
• Excellent written communication and report writing abilities
• Effective interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge in forensic investigation, insurance claims, or automotive fields is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Additional Requirements
• Frequent travel within Klang Valley and other states in Peninsular Malaysia
• Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred
• Prior experience in forensic investigation, loss adjusting, or insurance industry is highly desirable
