Responsibilities

Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues across Solaris/Linux environments.

Manage and support AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.

Support Red Hat OpenShift environments, deployments, and application operations.

Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.

Use Red Hat Ansible for configuration management and automation.

Monitor application performance, investigate incidents, and resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of strong hands-on experience in application support, software development, or a related technical role.

Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong working knowledge of Solaris and/or Linux OS, including RHEL.

Strong hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting and Red Hat Ansible.

Strong experience supporting AWS ECS and EC2 services and applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application environments.

Strong troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and deployment support skills.

Strong banking domain experience in supporting banking applications, blockchain, digital asset trading, digital asset custody, or Trading UI platforms.
