Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers

Introduce the company’s loan and financing solutions

Understand customers’ financing needs and identify potential interest

Follow up with interested customers and provide relevant information

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer enquiries

Work towards individual and team targets

Requirements:
No prior telemarketing experience required

Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willing to learn

Able to handle rejection and work in a sales-driven environment
