Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Process Engineer to improve chemical manufacturing processes, support new product scale-up, and ensure production meets quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve and scale up chemical mixing and production processes.
• Support the transfer of new materials from laboratory/pilot scale to mass production.
• Monitor production data and identify process issues, bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Conduct troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations.
• Prepare and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs.
• Support equipment setup, commissioning and process improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, process control plans and technical documents.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and other teams to improve process performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing, wet chemistry or high-purity materials.
• Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis and process control.
• Experience with Minitab, JMP or similar statistical tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of chemical mixing, fluid dynamics and process scale-up.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Process Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
• manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
