ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Project Type: Renovation & Addition and Alteration (A&A) Projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in renovation and A&A projects in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of architectural works, construction methods, and site coordination.

• Good planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

• Able to communicate effectively with clients, owners, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor renovation and A&A works to ensure timely completion.

2. Material Coordination: Plan material requirements, arrange procurement and deliveries, and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule.

3. Owner & Client Liaison: Communicate with owners and clients regarding project progress, requirements, changes, and site issues.

4. Site Team Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth daily operations.

5. Drawing Coordination: Review architectural drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary revisions.

6. Progress Monitoring: Follow up on work progress, quality, deadlines, and outstanding issues.

7. Problem Solving: Identify site challenges and coordinate practical solutions to minimize delays.

8. Quality & Safety: Ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and site safety requirements.

Preferred Candidate:
A hands-on, responsible, and proactive coordinator who can independently follow through on project planning, materials, owners' requirements, and site team execution.
