Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Country Sales Director to take full ownership of our national revenue and commercial growth. In this pivotal role, you will be entirely responsible for owning, driving, and exceeding the total country sales quota.

You will lead a high-performing team of regional managers and account executives, design the national go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and secure key enterprise relationships.

Job Requirements

• Strong familiarity with IT products and services, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close sales independently.

• Experience working within a channel business model is highly advantageous.

• Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

• Strong relationships with key global tech vendors, distributors, and system integrators.

• Demonstrated success in managing medium-to-large corporate accounts, backed by an established network of industry contacts.

• Take full accountability for the country's annual revenue goals, profitability targets, and market share expansion.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial client meetings and solution pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships.

• Understand corporate client needs and independently propose relevant IT products and services.

• Manage medium-to-large corporate accounts and leverage an established network of contacts to drive business growth.
