  • Participate in reviewing and documenting standard operating procedures to improve daily HR operational efficiency
  • Support the broader HR team in the rollout, administration, and tracking of annual HR cycles, initiatives, and special projects
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR queries, routine employee relations matters, and basic conflict resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Provide hands-on administrative support for core HR matters, including performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining accurate records in our HR systems
  • Work closely with team members to operationalize HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, consistency across Business Units, and basic compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on current local labor laws and employment regulations to help the team minimize legal risks in daily HR activities
  • Assist in gathering People Data and generating routine reports to track key metrics (such as headcount, attrition, and diversity), helping the team prepare insights for business unit heads
