Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, endpoints, VPN, and connectivity.
• Resolve issues or escalate them to the relevant teams.
• Ensure timely updates, proper ticket handovers, and SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, Intune, or networking.
• ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Shift Requirement
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as this role supports a 24/7 operation.
