Job Description

• Assist supervisor in the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that includes workstation assignments/rotations.
• Assist production supervisors in coordinating production startups, changeovers, and prevention maintenance.
• Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target.
• Make sure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.
• Plan and organize maintenance for machines, respond to breakdowns, report down time.
• Provide troubleshooting on jig & fixtures setup on the shift.
• Responsible for set up and operating CNC Milling / Turning machine.
• Ensure all production data are well recorded in the ERP system.
• Ensure daily operation of shop floor with good housekeeping 5S, safety and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all equipment and machines are in good condition before and after operation.
• Any other job responsibilities assigned by the superior as and when required.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• 1 year experience in CNC Machining environment
• CNC Miling/Turning Machine setup
• Must understand drawing and specification
• Familiar with manufacturing instrumentation such as caliper, microscope and micrometers.
