Good administrative and organizational skills.

Able to coordinate and follow up on shipment arrangements, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Able to communicate and coordinate with suppliers, shipping/logistics parties, and internal departments.

Detail-oriented and able to ensure documents and records are properly maintained.

Able to handle multiple administrative and operational tasks.

Responsible, adaptable, and willing to take on additional duties when required.

Arrange and coordinate shipments, including shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery follow-up.

Liaise with suppliers, shipping/logistics providers, movers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment and delivery arrangements.

Monitor shipment progress and follow up on shipment status until goods are successfully delivered.

Ensure all shipping and delivery documentation is properly prepared and maintained.

Assist the Sales Department with administrative duties.

Prepare quotations, sales contracts, delivery orders, and sales invoices.

Email monthly statements to customers and follow up on payments when required.

Ensure all sales and administrative documents are properly organized.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

Process sales orders and track order status until delivery.

Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with relevant internal and external parties.

Assist in checking monthly claims for Sales and Technical team members.

Follow up on leave forms and medical certificates (MC).

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties and responsibilities as required.
