Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other business software.

Assist with network configuration, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.

Set up and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.

Perform software installation, updates, patches, and system maintenance.

Assist with data backup, security, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees.

Prepare IT documentation, reports, and troubleshooting records.

Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.

Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering

, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of

Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting

.

Knowledge of

Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and IT security

will be an advantage.

Knowledge of

Java, Python, Web Development, or Mobile Application Development

will be an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
