Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Electrical Engineer role based in Singapore.

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team.

This entry-level role requires no professional experience.

You will work alongside senior engineers to learn, design, test, and maintain electrical systems and components while gaining hands-on industry experience. Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the design and optimization of electrical systems for advanced wind turbines, including power distribution and integration with broader power systems. Daily tasks include assisting with electrical design calculations, creating and reviewing schematics, participating in prototype testing, and analyzing performance data.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and supporting compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Skills in Electrical Design, including the ability to interpret and produce electrical drawings and schematics.
• Understanding of Power Systems, including grid integration and renewable energy applications.
• Knowledge of Power Distribution concepts and equipment relevant to wind energy projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.

•⁠ ⁠Project Documentation: Maintain accurate technical reports, operations manuals, and project logs..

•⁠ ⁠Soft Skills: Strong eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication skills.
