岗位职责

Company Description Xionex supports banks, insurers, and enterprises in modernizing operations through governed AI, vertical AI agents, and deep domain expertise. The company focuses on reducing operational costs, accelerating back‑office processes, and improving quality at scale. With a high‑performance global service‑delivery model, Xionex helps organizations unlock new efficiency opportunities across critical business functions. Role Description The KYC Reviewer is responsible for performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) activities in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements. On a day-to-day basis, this role reviews customer profiles and documentation, validates identity information, screens against sanctions and watchlists, and escalates potential risks or discrepancies. The KYC Reviewer updates and maintains accurate records in relevant systems, prepares clear review notes and decisions, and collaborates with compliance, operations, and client teams to resolve queries. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret regulatory and policy requirements in a financial services context.
  • Experience with KYC, CDD, AML processes, customer onboarding, and risk assessment in banking, insurance, or related industries.
  • Proficiency with documentation review, data entry, and working with compliance or case management systems and tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; the ability to prepare concise review notes and explain decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured, deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Greater Kuala Lumpur, including the flexibility to attend on-site meetings and training as needed.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field; relevant compliance or AML certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an operations, compliance, or back-office role within financial services or BPO environments is preferred.
