We're Hiring: Desktop Engineer!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing workstation setups, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our staff. If you have at least one year of experience and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
️ Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
Provide timely technical support to end-users
Manage operating system updates and security patches
️ Assist with IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with other IT teams for escalated issues

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or related role
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in an office setting
