Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build effective talent pipelines, develop recruitment channels and conduct talent mapping for critical and management positions.
Develop and manage compensation, incentive and performance frameworks, including salary reviews, performance appraisals and KPI setting.
Oversee manpower budgeting, headcount planning and workforce optimisation, analysing manpower costs, productivity and organizational structure.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance improvement and termination cases, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
Support organization design, succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, engagement and company culture initiatives.
Drive HR digitalization, automation and AI adoption, leveraging HR systems and people analytics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Oversee daily HR operations, policies, employee records and governance, providing HR insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.
Requirement
Degree in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline
, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
8–10 years relevant HR experience
, preferably in a broad-based HR Manager or HRBP role.
Strong hands-on experience in
Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Performance Management and Employee Relations.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret HR and workforce data。
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
, with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and Management.
