Position: Retail Sales Associate

Work Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Hours: 45 working hours per week on a rotational shift basis according to the store schedule. Mall operating hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Package: RM2,200–RM3,300 (depending on experience) + Commission/ Sales Incentives + Meal & Attendance Allowances + Performance Bonus + 13th-Month Bonus

Responsibilities:

Deliver professional customer service to walk-in customers.

Explain product features and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery items.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.

Handle basic after-sales services and respond to customer enquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, jewellery, or luxury goods sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-service oriented with a sales-driven mindset.

Willing to work rotational retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
