SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Community Executive to manage digital content publishing, audience engagement, and social media account operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily content publishing across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Create engaging captions, social media posts, and promotional content.
3. Develop content calendars and coordinate social media campaigns.
4. Monitor audience engagement and respond to community interactions.
5. Track account performance, including follower growth, reach, and engagement rates.
6. Prepare regular social media performance reports.
7. Collaborate with sales and production teams to support client marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content operations.
2. Good understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
3. Strong copywriting and communication skills.
4. Creative mindset and awareness of emerging digital trends.
5. Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns.
6. English and Mandarin proficiency for regional social media content and audience engagement.
